General Conditions

Services are subject to availability. Reservations can be made by e-mail, whatsapp message or phone.

The durations of our tours are estimated based on our experience and include pick-up and drop-off. Rome Italy Explora Srls reserves the right to vary itineraries or reschedule tour departure in order to improve each tour, to the enjoyment and benefit of the members of the tour.

In case of light rain, our staff will provide you umbrellas, and outdoor walking tours will go as scheduled. In case of heavy rain, tour will be made with the use of car or van from outside of monuments: tickets will be given to clients for later use on their own. In case the tour is interrupted by bad weather it will be rescheduled or partially refunded.

If you get lost during the tour for any reason, no refund will be given.

Rome Italy Explora Srls is not responsible for your personal belongings left in the vehicle.

Please note, gratuities are NOT included in the tour price. It is customary to tip drivers, tour guides and tour escorts if you are satisfied with the service received. Tips must be made in cash.

Cancelled tours without prior notice are subject to cancellation fee according to the following scale:
at least 72 hours before service: 30% of total price per person
at least 48 hours before service: 50% of total price per person
less than 24 hours before service: 75% of total price per person

Less than 24 hours: No refund

No-show: 100% charge

In any case, a cancellation commission of 20,00 € will be charged.
The cost of advanced purchase admission tickets, trains and ferries will be completely charged if tour cancelled.

Rome Italy Explora Srls acts only as an agent for the passengers in all functions related to travel agencies and hotel bookings, accommodations, services, restaurants, sightseeing tours and transportation of whatever nature. Rome Italy Explora Srls assumes no liability for injury, loss, accident, delay or inconvenience that may occur either for reason of defect, or as a direct or indirect, or as acts of governments or authorities (war, civil unrest, strikes, etc.) or from causes beyond the control of Rome Italy Explora Srls. Rome Italy Explora Srls assumes no liability of additional expenses due to loss, delay, schedule changes or other causes which affect the trip by plane, train or boat.

Any problems or complaints from customers, will be referred to the Court of Latina, Italy.
