- The Blue Grotto is closed in winter and in case of rough sea;
- During peak season, waiting line to enter in the Blue Grotto can be long, so may not be possible to enter in the time allotted for the boat tour.

An island that offers a landscape of wild beauty sculpted by wind, sea and the hand of man, this is Capri. With a precipitous, jagged coast, and encircled by the famous faraglioni (sea stacks), enormous and uniquely-shaped boulders, and by numerous caves that tell of evocative plays of light. The most famous of these caves is the Grotta Azzurra (Blue Grotto), closely connected to the history of tourism in Capri. The island continues to be both a legend and a favorite destination for travelers, intellectuals and the international jet-set - "performing" at any given time in the legendary piazzetta, the real-time theatre of the island's 'Dolce Vita'. Capri is a gem radiating a brilliant history through all its different facets. Its innumerable points of interest allure visitors with their tales of an enchanted past. Its discovery by the ancient Romans is hinted at by countless archaeological finds - e.g. Villa Jovis, whose construction was commissioned by the Emperor Tiberius. The Certosa (Basilica) di San Giacomo is an obligatory stop; today it houses a museum exposing two statues that were recovered from the deep Grotta Azzurra. In Anacapri, the characteristic Casa Rossa (Red House) is a striking piece of work within a gorgeous and colorful landscape: inside is the L'Isola Dipinta ("The Painted Island"), a permanent exposition of images illustrating the island's history and traditions. Beyond the cultural attractions and sea and nature in all their charm, Capri also offers good shopping: tasteful boutiques and artisans' studios selling “Made in Italy” items and typical products alternate along the characteristic sidestreets and alleyways. Moreover, the exuberantly-flavored local food is tied to the island's maritime and peasant traditions.

Les recomiendo tomar el tour al medio día, ya que en las horas de la tarde hay más oleaje y el barco se mueve mucho. Nuestro guía, Vincenzo, fue un excelente guía y nos instruyó acerca de los diferentes lugares alrededores de la isla. Terminamos el recorrido en la gruta azul y luego paramos a nadar un rato en las aguas azules del mediterraneo.

One of my favorite memories from our honeymoon! Beautiful boat and the most breathtaking views. A private tour is the only way to go and definitely worth the splurge. Refreshments on board including Prosecco! Hansel was an amazing tour guide. He made us freshly caught tuna sandwiches with tomatoes from his garden. Great snack and very refreshing. Overall excellent experience! 10/10 would recommend 😊

We took this boat tour on the final day of our honeymoon and WOW, words can't describe just how amazing the experience was. Our guide was attentive but unobtrusive and created the most romantic environment. He even took beautiful photos of us. We saw Capri like we'd never seen it before and swam in the nicest spots. We highly recommend this tour for honeymooners. It's so worth it!

Out of the four spectacular days spent in Capri, by far the day we had the private boat tour was the most special and amazing day of all! We received a whats app message confirmation from Rosanna several days in advance so that was very comforting as it was our first time booking through Viator ! We were met on time at the place we were asked to meet and led to our beautiful boat and boat captain, Rafaello! We were so impressed by the set up of towels and pillows and the warm welcome !! Rafaello took us around the entire island - he knew just went to let my husband and I relax and enjoy each other and when to be provide us with information about the island, his timing was always perfect. Between the music, champagne, water and snacks, singing and just the warmth and hospitality, Rafaello gave us the most special and romantic day that we had in Capri and we’ll never forget that!

Great experience! Took you around the entire island making stops along the way at all the gratos! Breath taking views! Stopped for a dip in the ocean and the captains didn’t rush us at all. Only thing I would recommend is to upgrade the the larger boat if you can! There were only 2 of us and it was quite rocket even in the larger boat. But that has nothing to do with the company! It was a great time!!

I thoroughly enjoyed my tour around the island. The only thing that could have made it better would be if the guide spoke a bit better English. It was extremely difficult to communicate with him and when he was explaining things to us, we couldn't really understand what he was saying. Otherwise, the views were amazing and difficult to beat.

This tour was the highlight of our stay in Capri! Everything about it from booking to communication leading up to it and day of was spot on. Bianca was in constant communication to ensure we knew what was happening, what we needed and where we needed to be. Alessia met as at the pier, accompanied us directly to the boat where we met Davide the captain, who was exceptional. Throughout the tour Davide gave beautiful descriptions, anecdotes and history of the sites. It was amazing to us that the water changed colour depending on what part of the island we were at. Blue, green, transparent, all STUNNING! To say we throughly enjoyed this tour wouldn’t be doing it justice, the sites are a once in a lifetime experience, as are the swims. On a side note, I recommend bringing a water proof phone case so you can take underwater photos and videos. We did, and the footage we were able to capture is fantastic!

Die Bootstour ist wärmstens zu empfehlen. Die Abfahrt war pünktlich und es hat alles geklappt. Ich habe für 3 Stunden gebucht, konnte aber dann nur 2h fahren. Die Rückerstattung der 3.ten Stunde hat problemlos geklappt. Sehr transparent, vielen Dank an Bianca! Auch der Fahrer war sehr nett und konnte viel von der Insel erzählen. Wir haben alle Grotten gesehen. Ich würde die Tour wieder machen.

Organizzazione perfetta, informazioni chiare ed esaustive, punto d'incontro con il capitano della barca semplice da raggiungere. Il tour è stato molto soddisfacente, il capitano ha spiegato in maniera eccellete tutte le caratteristiche dell'isola dando la possibilità di fare un bagno in un posto stupendo. Il nostro capitano Pietro ha messo a nostra disposizione bibite, vino e acqua. Giornata fantastica, tour assolutamente consigliato.

The tour was amazing! Bianca was in contact with us since the beginning to support us with the information where to meet our boat captain. Our captain gave us a lot of information regarding the grottos of the island. We were able to visit the blue grotto with his incredible color and also had the opportunity to jump in the sea. Towels, prosecco, soft drinks and water were provided by the captain. Don't miss a boat tour in Capri!

I HIGHLY recommend this tour to whoever is visiting capri. This is a must on your list. Definitely gave me another view of capri. All staff were amazing, specially Enzo that gave us the boat tour. All of them are puntual, everything is clean and in good conditions, they give you clear instructions on where to go and what to do and is definitely worth the price. You won’t regret.

Marvelous experience! Very flexible personal, even in rescheduling due to unexpected rain shower! We visit the most beautiful island spots. Swimming in very nice caves and relaxing on the boat. The skipper was super friendly very informative and well mannered. Very well organized and enjoyable boat trip.

Overall, I would not recommend booking a tour with this company. While the views were absolutely stunning, the experience with the company was anything but. We booked through Viator and received confirmation weeks in advance. Then the day before our tour, we received a notification with a different time from our Viator confirmation. When we reported the discrepancy we were told we were wrong and we could not have the time that had been confirmed over a month before and we would have to switch times which required us to spend an additional $175 on ferry tickets because the ones we paid for conflicted with their new time. No refund or discount was offered. Clearly they double booked our time slot and we were given a “take it or leave it” choice despite our confirmed time slot from Viator. We decided to rearrange our entire day and accept the different time and the extra ferry cost even though we did nothing wrong. While the views were absolutely great, countless companies offer this service and you would be better off going with another company.

It was a perfect day. David was our captain and he was calm and accommodating. He showed us all of the grottos, stopped to let us swim for a bit, and shared some history of the island. It was definitely a highlight of our time in all of Italy.
